摻釹釩酸釔(Nd:YVO4)
摻釹釩酸釔(Nd:YVO4)晶體是一種性能優(yōu)良的激光晶體,適于制造激光二極管泵浦特別是中低功率的激光器。與Nd:YAG相比Nd:YVO4對(duì)泵浦光有較高的吸收系數(shù)和更大的受激發(fā)射截面。激光二極管泵浦的Nd:YVO4晶體與LBO,BBO,KTP等高非線性系數(shù)的晶體配合使用,能夠達(dá)到較好的倍頻轉(zhuǎn)換效率,可以制成輸出近紅外、綠色、藍(lán)色到紫外線等類(lèi)型的全固態(tài)激光器?,F(xiàn)在Nd:YVO4激光器已在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。而且Nd:YVO4二極管泵浦固態(tài)激光器正在迅速取代傳統(tǒng)的水冷離子激光器和燈泵浦激光器的市場(chǎng),尤其是在小型化和單縱模輸出方面。
